My experience was a very honest, very easy-going dealership that treats its customers with respect. The automobile I bought was at a price point that I have never seen - way below any other dealership in the area. Was the automobile in "perfect big-dealer condition" -- no, it needed some clean up. It need a few dings touched up. But you can't reasonably walk into a dealership and expect a car to be like brand new and get this great of a deal. I was happy to put a little elbow grease (mostly just cosmetic cleaning) into the car instead of having the dealer do it and charge me an arm and a leg for it.
Nice place to shop Car. Customers friendly environment.
I bought a car from Mike October 2016, and had no problems whatsoever with it until I had a small accident out of town. I had an auto shop do some repairs, but upon getting back to town, it was clear that something was still wrong. I called Mike to see if he could help out, and he let me bring my car in to take a look. He managed to identify the issue and get it sorted, and told me exactly what happened and how to monitor it moving forward. Overall great service.
Drove 2002 Red Ford F-150. Had a mechanic look at it. Brought it back and told Mike everything that was found to be wrong with it, over $1000 worth of things need to be done to it. The bed underneath will be rusted out completely with in a year or less. Mike doesn't take an interested buyer's feedback well because the truck is still being sold and I do not believe he will let anyone who is interested in it know it has issues that need dealt with. After 30 minutes of returning the truck back and saying we were longer interested in buying it, he called my son and complained about how he was joy riding in the truck and stated that my son took the truck thru two feet of water and two cornfields.??? How in the world does someone make up such lies? My son NEVER drove thru two feet of water or a cornfield. To make up such a story is pathetic. I caution anyone who buys or considers buying from him.
I dealt with Mike who is the owner there and I was extremely happy with the purchase. It was a pleasure to work with him and he was great to negotiate with. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way. The big dealers could learn a thing or two about how to treat a customer from Mike. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for a low-cost, high-value automobile, you take the trip to Tremont and see what Mike has available!
I just got a Jeep from crossroads and they flat out lied about the brakes & oil leeks. They said the brakes was good and that it had no leeks. Made it to my house before the brakes went out and when we started to fix them, their it was,oil from main rear seal. .They cleaned the motor and put something in it,so you didn't see a leek. I will not buy another car or truck off of this place. Poor quality vehicles with a hole lot of lies about how good it is. I would give them a " - 5 " star rate if it would let you for "Just for the lies they told about the vehicle " to get us to buy it. "THIS PLACE IS A LEMON LOT" Don't buy from them.
